Welcome

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog dedicated to MUSIC!

Music has always been a passion for me and is becoming an even more important part of my life. What I aim to achieve with this blog is simply to share with all of you the music themes I love, that have followed me through time.

My musical taste is quite eclectic. From classical to melodic metal, from arab to balkan, from lounge/chillout to jazz/soul or from electronic to african music, I hear a bit of everything. I hope I'm able to inspire you and help spreading the music that's made throughout the world, as well as the artists and their albums, but not in a pretentious manner! I'll try to update the blog in a regular basis and I sincerely hope this turns out to be an experience as gratifying for you as, I'm certain, it'll be for me. Please leave a comment anytime you can, your feedback is precious!

But enough talking already! Let's get down to business. As a first musical suggestion, I present you a fantastic theme from the Argentinian musician Federico Aubele entitled "La Esquina". A soft and calm melody, with warm rhythms coming from tango.

Included in the singer/composer's second album from 2007 named Panamericana, "La Esquina" is sung by Natalia Clavier, also born in Argentine and owner of a wonderful velvety voice. They were both launched in the music world by ESL Music record label, property of Thievery Corporation. The musical influence of the American duo is evident in Aubele's work. Federico Aubele fuses to perfection music genres such as tango, Mexican bolero or Jamaican dub, in what turns out to be a perfect and strongly latin warm lounge ambiance. Highly recommended!

As a bonus for my first entry in this blog, I present to you another theme from the same album. It's called "Corazon" and is interpreted by both Natalia Clavier and Federico Aubele.
